Clinical Advantage
Why the Right Kit Changes the Learning Curve
A well-selected surgical set does more than organize instruments. It removes friction, reduces hesitation, and makes it easier to apply what you learn in real procedures.
Used in the course so you can follow each technique exactly.
FORCEPS

76S FORCEPS [X/76S]
A renowned oral surgeon once told me that if he was stranded on an island and could only have one instrument, it would be the 76S. I was instantly sold! This is a super versatile instrument that can be used for upper premolars and anterior teeth. It's also good for removing root tips or sectioned roots in the maxillary molar region.
39R FORCEPS [X/39R]
These are custom-designed forceps that adapt amazingly well to primary maxillary molars! There is a hawk's beak on the buccal side and a paired concave beak to wrap the palatal root. The offset shank allows for easier access to the posterior. These are for the upper right quadrant.
39L FORCEPS [X/39L]
These are custom-designed forceps that adapt amazingly well to primary maxillary molars! There is a hawk's beak on the buccal side and a paired concave beak to wrap the palatal root. The offset shank allows for easier access to the posterior. These are for the upper left quadrant.
ELEVATORS
3mm CURVED LUXATOR [X/L3C]
This 3mm luxator is my primary elevator and can be used on any tooth, in virtually any position! You can use it like a lever to elevate or use it like a wedge to luxate. If a tooth breaks... no problem, it can be used to retrieve roots. This is the most versatile instrument in the kit.
ACCESSORIES
FREIDMAN MICRO RONGEUR [X/FR]
Sometimes you hold an instrument in your hand and it just feels right! This rongeur has a curved handle and tiny beaks that allow you to get into tight spaces. Perfect for shaping bone and removing residual granulation tissue, follicles, tooth fragments, bone chips, and tissue tags.
I finally feel very confident in my ability to do extractions.
The course changed extractions from something I really didn’t like doing, to one of my favourite aspects of dentistry.
In 43 years of practice I rate this course as one of my Top 5 educational experiences.
This is light years better than what I had in dental school and I have extracted with ease many teeth I was terrified of before.
My nervousness about difficult extractions that become surgical was really cured with this training.
This course has improved my efficiency and confidence tremendously. I would highly recommend it.
